The Brewster residence is a 2545 SF custom home located in South Austin. The home is organized around a central courtyard which provides an abundance of natural light throughout the interior spaces. The project thoughtfully focuses views towards the surrounding landscape which is comprised of 100+ year old live oak trees. The house is clad in stained cedar which provides a warm natural material that contrasts the more minimal architectural massing.
